Pictured preassembled at Thermo-Kool’s factory is an actual size 18’4” x 18’0” x 9’6” high Thermo-Koolthree-compartment walk-in cooler/cooler/freezer combination which, along with a Thermo-Kool walk-in banquet kitchen cooler, recently shipped to the Wailea Beach Resort Marriott in Maui, Hawaii. Thermo-Kool’s uncompromising commitment to the highest level of quality and excellent customer service make a perfect fit for the astonishing resort. Thermo-Kool’s high-density DURATHANE panel perimeter allowed the Thermo-Kool walk-ins to be preassembled prior to shipment for a thorough quality control inspection to avoid “hidden costs” at the time of installation. With Thermo-Kool’s ability to manufacture in 1” panel increments the walk-ins were manufactured in the exact sizes needed to maximize storage space capabilities with no “cutting and pasting” required in the field! Both walk-in finishes are white stucco aluminum on the exterior and interior which along with LED light fixtures ensure maximum illumination on the interior. The Thermo-Kool three-compartment walk-in has a floor in the freezer and one cooler with the second cooler being floorless which demonstrates Thermo-Kool’s unique design capability in providing a step-down partition. Each compartment consists of a 36” x 78” door which is stainless steel on the interior and exterior of the door and the frame and utilizes Thermo-Kool’s heavy reinforced steel u-channel door frame construction which gives extra support and rigidity to the door section. The doors are equipped with 42” high 1/8” aluminum tread- plate kickplates and jamb guards on the interior and exterior to protect the doors against excessive abuse and traffic; vinyl swing doors, 14” x 14” peep windows and
Thermo-Kool’s TK4700 Walk-In Monitor System which features multi-compartment temperature monitoring, high and low temperature alarm, door status monitoring, automatic lighting control, compartment identification, door/door frame/peep window heater control, motion detectors, door open alarm and a panic alarm.
