A Fit For Every Angle!
Mellow Mushroom, Gainesville, Georgia recently became the home of a THERMO-KOOL custom designed 8’4” x 7’8-1/2” x 7’5” high walk-in beer cooler and a walk-in freezer. The THERMO-KOOL walk-in beer cooler is pictured above from both the front and back views as it is preassembled at the THERMO-KOOL factory for a final quality control inspection before shipment. The walk-in beer cooler demonstrates THERMO-KOOL’s unique design capabilities which allowed the walk-in to precisely fit so the job site space could be fully utilized. THERMO-KOOL’s manufacturing capabilities of 1” panel increments was instrumental in accomplishing a step-down sloped ceiling, offset design and corner door frame on the beer cooler that allowed every panel to lock in place preventing the necessity of field cutting and pasting which kept installation time to a minimum. Both the THERMO-KOOL walk-in beer cooler and freezer met energy standards which included a vinyl strip curtain, energy efficient lighting, a spring loaded hinge on the door and electronically commuted (EC) motors on the refrigeration. The walk-ins also featured treadbrite interior and exterior kickplates and an interior white stucco galvanized ceiling which provides additional illumination.
