Thermo-Kool supervisors and managers recently completed “The Management and Supervision of Modern Manufacturing” training course written and taught by Dr. Ennis E. “Chip” Bailey with the Franklin Institute at Mississippi State University. The sixteen week course is designed to provide a solid understanding of modern manufacturing techniques as well as teach communication, leadership, and management skills. When announcing the course to the team, Thermo-Kool President and CEO, Rand McLaughlin commented, “We are excited to make this investment in what is one of the most important asset to this company – its employees. The knowledge and wisdom we gain by engaging in this course will make us better leaders which will in turn result in a more productive workforce.”
