Pictured preassembled at Thermo-Kool’s factory is an actual size 8’9” x 22’4” x 9’0” high Thermo-Kool walk-in cooler/freezer combination which recently shipped to Gunnison Valley Health Assisted Living, Gunnison, Colorado. Thermo-Kool’s uncompromising commitment to the highest level of quality and excellent customer service make a perfect fit for the state-of-art facility.

Thermo-Kool’s high density DURATHANE panel perimeter allowed the Thermo-Kool walk-in to be preassembled prior to shipment for a thorough quality control inspection to avoid “hidden costs” at the time of installation. With Thermo-Kool’s ability to manufacture in 1” panel increments the walk-in was manufactured in the exact sizes needed to maximize storage space capabilities with no “cutting and pasting” required in the field! The white stucco aluminum provided on the interior of the walk-in along with fluorescent light fixtures ensure maximum illumination inside the walk-in. The exterior finish of the walk-in is stucco aluminum. The interior floor was provided galvanized to accommodate tile and a setting bed for an NSF approved application. Each of the 36” x 80” entrance doors are equipped with a vinyl strip curtain; adjustable hinges; a temperature alarm which includes a door monitor, motion detector, panic switch, battery backup and dry contacts; a 14” x 14” peep window with a heated frame and glass and 36” high 1/8” aluminum treadplate kickplates on the interior and exterior to protect the doors against excessive abuse and traffic. To further protect the exterior against abuse, vinyl bumper rails were provided on the exposed exterior. Each compartment was supplied with a remote preassembled refrigeration system which was adequately sized to ensure the proper temperature is maintained.
