No Ordinary Store, No Ordinary Walk-In

August 27, 2012

Georgia’s Farm to Market in downtown Houston, Texas boasts, “We know we are a little different from your traditional markets. In fact, we embrace those differences as core values.” (www.georgiasmarket.com) These same core values make Thermo-Kool the perfect choice for the uniquely designed walk-in cooler/freezer combination which recently shipped for installation at the natural food store and restaurant. The actual size 11’0” x 19’5” x 7’2” high Thermo-Kool walk-in cooler/freezer combination, pictured above preassembled in Thermo-Kool’ s factory for quality control final inspection, demonstrates Thermo-Kool’s flexibility in design with the step design across the rear of the walk-in (interior view pictured inset) to accommodate a curb and allow full utilization of available job site space. The design was accomplished with Thermo-Kool’s ability to manufacture in 1” panel increments and every panel locked-in-place so no field cutting and pasting was required! The walk-in cooler/freezer also consisted of three hinges per door, vinyl strip curtains, heaters in both the doors and door frames and remote preassembled refrigeration with electronically commuted motors to ensure energy efficiency.

“The core principle at Georgia’s is to promote health and well-being for all customers by serving the highest quality foods with superior health benefits. Their mission is to educate friends, neighbors and the community on organic, sustainable practices and provide a source for healthy eating.” (www.georgiasmarket.com)
