Paula Deen's Family Kitchen

With a menu featuring “Family Style Lunches, Down Home Dishes and Southern Desserts” Paul Deen’s Family Kitchen, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, has become quite the Southern tradition. “The restaurant’s tiered seating provides each guest a unique view of the Island’s Show Fountains, along with the Great Smoky Mountains in the distance. Friends and families will enjoy classic Deen family recipes just like they do in their very own home.” (Source: www.pauladeensfamilykitchen.com). The Southern tradition of service and quality extends further into the kitchen with two uniquely designed Thermo-Kool walk-in coolers and a Thermo-Kool walk-in freezer. Thermo-Kool’s flexibility in design and capability of manufacturing in 1” panel increments made it possible to accomplish the actual sizes and configurations so that the walk-ins fit the exact space available and maximization of storage space. Pictured is the L-shaped Thermo-Kool walk-in cooler preassembled at the Thermo-Kool factory as it awaits a thorough quality control inspection prior to shipment to ensure a trouble-free and quick installation with no hidden costs. A few of the features of the walk-ins included stucco galvanized interior walls and ceilings which combined with the LED light fixtures ensures maximum illumination; 1/8” aluminum treadplate floors with foamed-in-place interior ramps which comply with the latest NSF requirements and are an integral part of the walk-in floor and remote preassembled refrigeration systems with scroll compressors and EC motors for energy efficiency.
