Performance

  • Blast chills up to 220 lb of product from 165°F to 37°F within two hours (Results based on utilization of remote condensing unit model TK26BC-CU-A or TK26BC-CU-W, sold separately)

Construction

  • 304 stainless steel interior and exterior
  • 4" foamed-in-place DURATHANE 100% urethane tongue-and-groove construction
  • Heated heavy-duty reinforced steel u-channel door frame with adjustable hinges
  • Stand-alone uniframe modular chiller system fully assembled with electrical power and refrigeration components

Refrigeration System

  • R-404A refrigerant
  • Can provide proper condensing unit specially designed for blast chilling (sold separately)
  • Can be connected to a central refrigeration rack system designed for medium temperature applications
  • 35,000 BTU/HR (20°F Evap. Temp./110°F Cond. Temp.)

Control System

  • Based on the latest microcontroller technology
  • Standard with one food probe and one air probe
  • Operates in manual or fully automatic mode
