- 304 stainless steel interior and exterior
- 4" foamed-in-place DURATHANE 100% urethane tongue-and-groove construction
- Heated heavy-duty reinforced steel u-channel door frame with adjustable hinges
- Stand-alone uniframe modular chiller system fully assembled with electrical power and refrigeration components
Refrigeration System
- R-404A refrigerant
- Can provide proper condensing unit specially designed for blast chilling (sold separately)
- Can be connected to a central refrigeration rack system designed for medium temperature applications
- 70,000 BTU/HR (20°F Evap. Temp./110°F Cond. Temp.)
Control System
- Based on the latest microcontroller technology
- Standard with one food probe and one air probe
- Operates in manual or fully automatic mode
