Production Supervisor
Description
The Production Supervisor reports directly to the Plant Superintendent and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department. This role ensures that production schedules are met, product quality remains high, equipment and materials are used efficiently, and employees within the department are properly supervised and trained. The Production Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining safety standards, enforcing company policies, and supporting the overall production flow of the plant.
Requirements
Leadership and Workforce Management
- Experience supervising employees in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, train, and support employees.
- Ability to promote teamwork and cooperate effectively with other supervisors and departments.
- Commitment to maintaining low absenteeism, reducing turnover, and strengthening the workforce through training and development.
Production and Operations Oversight
- Knowledge of production processes and the ability to meet daily production schedules while maintaining product quality.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to prevent delays and maintain steady production flow.
- Focus on reducing scrap, improving efficiency, and maintaining consistent output.
Equipment and Materials Management
- Understanding of production equipment, tools, and materials used within the department.
- Commitment to maintaining equipment in good working condition and ensuring proper use of departmental resources.
- Familiarity with inventory control and coordination with the stockroom for materials.
Safety and Compliance
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and company policies.

- Familiarity with accident reporting and Hazard Communication requirements.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Attention to detail in maintaining departmental records, logbooks, and documentation.

Customer Service Technician
Description
The Customer Service Technician is responsible for providing service after the sale including troubleshooting walk-in, blast chiller/shock freezer, and refrigeration issues.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Process parts orders from initial customer request through shipment coordination to ensure timely delivery.
- Respond promptly to warranty claims, technical support issues, and field service situations.
- Assist installers with job-site questions and problem resolution.
- Process payments, debit/credit memos, warranty transactions, and installer payments accurately.
- Coordinate with chain account installers to ensure installation procedures are followed properly.
- Track and ensure return of defective equipment.
- Stay current on refrigeration systems, products, and technology updates.
- Communicate field issues, product concerns, and manufacturing-related problems to appropriate internal teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certification:
Minimum two-year degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration or equivalent required. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Required Knowledge:
Working knowledge of refrigeration systems required. Basic electrical and construction knowledge, along with the ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams, is preferred.
Experience Required:
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Skills/Abilities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong multitasking abilities required.

Electrical Technician
Description
The ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN in the MAINTENANCE Department is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and parts, such as control panels. This position requires extensive knowledge of electrical components, as well as familiarity with electrical safety codes and regulations. They must be professional, technical, and mechanically proficient for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all factory equipment in an effort to reduce and/or eliminate downtime in a quality and timely manner, as well as maintain all company properties to exhibit like-new condition.
Assist in the startup and shutdown procedures throughout the factory. Assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and/or requisitioning with supervisory approval of outside services when safely needed on all electrical equipment.
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE:
· Strong understanding of PLC controls
· Experience in Automation, and artificial intelligence
· Possess strong electrical and mechanical abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
· Ability to stand, stoop, bend and walk for long periods of time.
· Ability to physically push, pull, and lift different weight loads throughout the day.
· Have color vision.
EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS USED BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
· Mechanical Equipment – shears, break presses, roll-formers, punches, power tools, saws, and packaging
· Automated Equipment – cut-to-length lines (CTL), computer numerical control (CNC), Human-Machine Interface (HMI), Artificial Intelligence systems (A.I)
· Other Equipment/Tools - Hand tools, jacks, squares, tape measure, hoists, micrometers, calipers, circuit tester, volt meter, ohm meter, saws, and other basic tools/equipment
SAFETY AND HEALTH:
· Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - OSHA required and approved safety glasses, ear plugs, respirators, aprons, gloves, and hazardous materials (HAZMAT) equipment when necessary.
· Always observe established safety guidelines in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), HAZMAT, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) requirements.

Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
SKILLS:

Read cutting bills (blueprints)
Read a tape measure
Use of power tools such as nail gun and glue gun
Basic math skills
Carpentry is a plus
