The Turtle Awards
Recognizing values in action.
Each quarter, Thermo-Kool proudly recognizes employees who exemplify one of our four core values through the Turtle Awards. One individual is selected for each value: TK Pride, Accountability, Authenticity, and No Quit.
At the end of each year, one outstanding team member is honored with the Overall Turtle Award, recognizing someone who consistently embodies all four values in their work, attitude, and impact.
This new tradition reflects our belief that success is built by people who stay steady, committed, and true, just like the turtle that represents us.
