That’s why we recently welcomed the TRUMPF TruLaser 3040 fiber laser cutting system to our production floor. It’s one of the most advanced laser cutting systems on the market, and for us, it’s another step forward in our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.

This fiber laser is equipped with TRUMPF’s BrightLine technology, which delivers incredibly smooth, high-precision cuts—even on reflective materials like stainless steel. Its 4kW solid-state laser source provides the power to cut through thick panels cleanly, while still maintaining the finesse needed for intricate work on thinner skins.

With cutting speeds up to 170 meters per minute and a positioning accuracy down to ±0.1 millimeter, this machine gives our team the ability to work faster without compromising detail. The built-in dual-pallet shuttle system keeps production moving, allowing one sheet to be processed while the next is being loaded—minimizing downtime and improving overall efficiency.

And thanks to CoolLine, which actively cools the material as it’s being cut, we’re able to maintain part integrity even on heavy-gauge steel.
