Safer Food Faster

Our blast chillers reduce the core temperature of cooked foods from 165°F to 37°F within two hours. Shock freezing lowers temperature from 165°F to 0°F within four hours, which is faster than conventional freezers and exceeds HACCP regulations.

Thaw While You Sleep

Thermo-Kool blast chillers/shock freezers feature an innovative built-in overnight thaw function. The optional thaw cycle alternates fan-driven warm and cold air-between 35°F to 50°F to thaw food overnight.

Each cabinet operates independently with its own controller and condensing unit, which allows for remarkable versatility and efficiency in the kitchen. The combinations are endless—a number of chilling, freezing, and thawing cycles that process various types and quantities of food all at once in individual cabinets.
